The application monitor acts like a black and white list for programs and applications.
White list means that you can be sure that a program is always running. If the program does not run CheckSystem is going to start it automatically.
Black list means that you can be sure that a program does not run. If the program is running CheckSystem is going to close it automatically.
With help of the application monitor you can decide and limit which program might be run and which not.
